Terms & Agreements

1. Brand Integrity & Pricing

By becoming a wholesale partner, you agree to maintain the integrity of the Color of Kismet brand. This includes:

Selling Color of Kismet products at the designated retail price only (no discounts, bundles, or markdowns).

Not altering, repackaging, or rebranding any product.

Preserving the aesthetic and messaging of the Color of Kismet line in all displays and communications.

2. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds on wholesale orders unless a product is found to be spoiled or defective within one year of the original purchase date. In the rare event of this, please contact us with photos and batch information to begin a replacement process.

3. Order Minimums

All wholesale orders must include a minimum of 10 products per purchase.

4. Tax Exemption & Sales Certificate

To qualify as a wholesale buyer and access tax-exempt purchasing, you must upload a valid copy of your Sales and Use Tax Certificate or equivalent reseller documentation. This ensures you are operating as a legal reseller in your state or country.

5. Password for Wholesale Purchases

Once approved, you’ll receive the password that unlocks our designated wholesale collection. This collection has applied the 50% wholesale discount and tax exempt status. Please do not share this password with others- it is only for verified wholesale purchasers.
